Meet the Founder: Heidi Pouroullis
With a career rooted in corporate event management, Heidi spent years producing high-pressure, high-impact functions for brands like Dimension Data, Munich Re, Discovery, and Allianz. Working in demanding corporate environments gave her a strong foundation in planning, logistics, and service excellence — skills that continue to shape her structured, reliable approach to every event.
While her professional background built precision and discipline, it was her passion for creativity and connection that led her to start Pink Flair. Heidi set out to create events that balance seamless execution with thoughtful design, bringing warmth, personality, and meaning into every experience she creates.
Today, Heidi is known as a project and event management specialist, food designer, and stylist who takes a hands-on role in every event. Whether she’s designing a menu, styling a venue, or curating branded gifting, Heidi ensures every element works together to tell a cohesive, elegant story.
